R C Jain

RC Jain is a prominent educationist who has made significant contributions to the field of education in India. He is currently serving as the President of the Delhi State Public Schools' Management Association, which represents a large number of schools in the state.

Mr. Jain is also the Vice President of the Action Committee of Unaided Recognized Private Schools. In addition, Mr. Jain has served as the Delhi Coordinator of the Pariksha Pe Charcha initiative of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which aims to provide a platform for students to interact with the Prime Minister and seek his guidance on various issues related to education and exams.

Mr. Jain has also served as an ex-member of the Education Advisory Board, Government of Delhi, where he contributed to the formulation of policies related to education in the state. He has also been the Ex-President of the National Independent Schools Alliance (NISA), a platform that represents independent schools in India.

Mr. Jain has also been associated with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and has served as the Ex-Coordinator of the Shikshak Prakoshth, which is an organization that aims to promote the interests of teachers and the education sector in India.

Throughout his career, Mr. Jain has been a strong advocate of quality education and has worked towards creating a conducive environment for students to learn and grow. His contributions to the education sector have been recognized by various organizations, and he continues to inspire and guide the education community in India.

Gaurav Jain

We are proud to have Mr. Gaurav Jain as our Strategic Advisor. With a degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, Mr. Jain is a highly qualified professional. Currently, he serves as Senior Vice President at Barclays Bank in London, UK, and is also engaged with us in advising on the day-to-day operations of TULIP Schools.

Before joining us, Mr. Jain worked in Equity Research at Citibank in New York, USA, and also managed a private hedge fund with an impressive AUM of over Rs. 800 crores from his Mumbai office. His vast industry experience and expertise make him an invaluable asset to our organization.

Akhil Jain

Akhil Jain is an accomplished educationist with a diverse educational background. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from GGS Indraprastha University, Delhi. After completing his B.Tech, he pursued a career in entrepreneurship and went on to receive further education from reputed institutions in the United States. He completed his Master of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University and also studied entrepreneurship at Stanford University.

In addition to his technical and entrepreneurship expertise, Akhil also holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from CCS University in India, which has given him a unique perspective on the legal aspects of education. He has leveraged his extensive education and experience to become an influential figure in the field of education. Through his work, he has contributed to the development of innovative approaches to education and has inspired students to pursue their academic and career goals.

Sachin Jain

Our Founder Director, Mr. Sachin Jain, is a highly accomplished professional with over 18 years of international exposure across various cities worldwide. He is the driving force behind "TULIP Schools," and his impressive academic and professional credentials have contributed significantly to his success.

After completing his engineering degree from Delhi's Indraprastha University, Mr. Jain pursued an MBA in finance from The City University of New York, USA. He is also a law graduate from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, India, and has completed a Product Management Certification from Duke University, USA.

Mr. Jain has worked with some of the world's leading organizations, including Infosys, Wipro, Mphasis, and Genpact-Headstrong, primarily in the Financial Services domain. He has served renowned banks such as JP Morgan, State Street, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo, American International Group, and BlueCross BlueShield, among others. His domain expertise includes Bank & Capital Markets, Insurance, eCommerce, and Educational Services Operations Management.

Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, Mr. Jain worked with the Department of Education, Government of New York City, which caters to around 11 lakh students through its public school system. He also gained firsthand experience of the Public Schooling Systems in London and Glasgow, UK, which has given him a unique perspective on education.

Usha Jain

Mrs. Usha Jain is the founder of our associated primary school and has a vast experience in operations management of the budget school. She is the General Secretary of the Ashish Educational Society which was established in May 1981 in Delhi.

She is engaged with us as Director- HR managing our staffing needs.

Rinki Rathi

Rinki Rathi is a seasoned engineer with a strong background in technology and experience working in the USA, Malaysia, and India. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bhopal, MP, India.

Rinki has over 14 years of experience in the technology industry and has worked with some of the leading companies in the field. She has worked with Intel Corporation, Symantec Corporation, Veritas, HCL Technologies and DXC Technologies.

Rinki is highly skilled in software development, coding, and system design, and has a deep understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and blockchain. Her experience working in different countries has given her a unique perspective on the global technology landscape, and she is passionate about using technology to solve complex education problems and make a positive impact on the education sector in India.
